I know i have stomach Ulcer and I do not Need a doctor to confirm it……. Bheeet why???

Whaaaaaat! ogini! hehehehe,yelz,it’s true,maybe not a doctor but a physician needs to confirm it….why are you people doing me like this now,how can you say you know you have bad stomach ulcer which is not confirmed by the doctor? Ehn! you just want to fall my hands??…..My people una do well jare…..

As it is almost fasting period,some people have started with ”i have stomach ulcer and i am not sure i can fast” Eeyah,sorry, ME: your ulcer must be that bad oo,this one that you can’t fast,but what did your doctor advice?…… Then you start hearing response like,Haaa! My neighbour,My aunt,My friends,My My My My…..said bitter kola mixed with grounded Tom Tom and black tomatoes will cure it but for the main time i shouldn’t Fast….Chaiiiiii!!! Respect to all the neighbours,Aunties and so on but Ehn,biko please go to the hospital to and confirm…

So many things can go wrong in ones stomach,it could be anything which could lead to any other thing and then you get some thing simple complicated,which is the root to so many problem today.I am sure if i ask you where exactly your stomach is inside you,you will not know,talk more what asking you to give me a two minute talk on Ulcer….it could be kidney issues,you could be having live problems or any digestion related issues but there you are are innocently and un innocently  thinking it is ulcer and refusing to fast…Diaris God for you. know exactly what is wrong with you before you begin taking your grounded ”Grounded Tom Tom”

Let me give you an insight to stomach Ulcer (also peptic ulcer)

stomach Ulcer refers to painful sores or ulcers in the lining of the stomach or first part of the small intestine, called the duodenum (duodenal ulcer).t is now clear that an ulcer is the end result of an imbalance between digestive fluids in the stomach and duodenum. Most ulcers are caused by an infection with a type of bacteria called Helicobacter Pylori (H. pylori),use of certain pain killers called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,smoking,drinking,chewing tobacco and so on could also cause stomach ulcers.

It symptoms may include: A gnawing or burning pain in the middle or upper stomach between meals or at night, bloating,Heart burn ,Nausea and Vomiting…in severe cases: Dark or black stool (due to bleeding),Vomiting  Blood (that can look like “coffee-grounds”),Weight Loss,Severe pain in the mid to upper Abdomen. If not properly treated, ulcers can lead to serious health problems, including: Bleeding, Perforation (a hole through the wall of the stomach),Gastric outlet obstruction from swelling or scarring that blocks the passageway leading from the stomach to the small intestine.

You may be more likely to develop ulcers if you:Are infected with the H. pylori bacteriumTake NSAIDs such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen,Have a family history of ulcers,Have another illness such as liver, kidney, or lung disease,Drink alcohol regularly.

If not properly treated, ulcers can lead to serious health problems. There are several ways in which ulcers can be treated, including making lifestyle changes, taking medication, and/or undergoing surgery…I am sure you are waiting to tell you different kind of medications Abi….Na lie.this is why you should go and get yourself checked/examined,that one is your doctors job,he/she will examine you and advice you on what to do as well as tell you what exactly it is you have…..

Avoid self Medication please,i am sure you are about to attack me by telling me how one leaf and palm oil cured your stomach ulcer,i also believe our local medication to some extent but make sure you know what exactly is wrong with you before you conclude and start taking all the grounded stuff you have to take….

    It’s really lovely.I’m sure we people will begin to care about knowing what’s actually wrong with us before ignorantly taking to self medication which is the 2nd most easiest thing to do when we feel any small thing….
