Summer is here, Dehydration is real, tanning be like Helllo. Losing my cousin to sickle cell years back opened my eyes to a lot, I began to read online, do my own underground research on genotypes. At a very young age i knew alot about it, even before my dream of studying medicine became reality But at that time very few people  knew their genotype talk more of knowing how important it is to know their genotypes.  What is disturbing now is that alot of people still care less about this issue , I once launched a media campaign and i  had people made comments like : “I really don’t believe in such”, ” God will save the child” “love conquers”….Really?

HURRAY! I am so excited that i could scream right now, Really. Back home in Nigeria we literally don’t keep lettuce and spinach for long as they become wilted in a day or two. My mum hates to waste food, So we only get them when we need to use them instantly.. You can only begin to imagine how annoying it is, having to go to the market every time you need lettuce or the common one “spinach”


Living with someone with depression….

This literally skipped my mind,how can i blog about depression and not blog about living with a depressed person,makes it incomplete…

living with a depressed person is never easy,it can be really frustrating at times.Many with depression continue to suffer, or at least have periods of symptomatology as Anti depressant do not treat it completely..

This in turn affects those who love them. Depression is not so easily fixed, therefore the result is helplessness and frustration.It can be especially difficult when the person with depression is your child or a partner.
