It’s been a while, I know but Alhamdulillah, life has been fair, I can’t complain. I do hope you are doing great and you are in the best state of health and Iman. There is so much I want to share with you but if you are actively following @thebarakahtribe on Instagram, you should already know some.
Top on my list which is still quite fresh and happened at the very end of last year is that TBLT has again moved from “I” to “we”, whoop! whoop! Alhamdulillah. As you know I am always happy to work with people solely because I know no one is an island, I love what I am able to achieve by myself but I love what I am able to achieve with people even more. I had a good time working with some sisters earlier before personalizing TBLT again, life happened to us all, plus Medical school Wahala and It was just hard holding meetings and executing properly but I tell you, I miss those days. Glad things are looking great now and can’t wait for what the future holds for us. One thing is sure though, I am truly grateful for these God-sent sisters of mine. May Allah Bless them abundantly. Amin.
Remember when I posted about Qur’an Buddies like play last year? People! We ended up completing 4 sections of the Qur’an by the will of Allah. I am shoook! Let me highlight properly that it wasn’t in any way the easiest of journies I ever embarked on but I truly am to grateful Allah SWT for using me to help others understand the His book. My growth from this experience only is written all over me and Yes it is something very challenging because people will try you and Shaitan will as well but guess what, It is something that I hope to continue by the will of Allah, So If you are willing: Sign up here
Last year, We focused on providing water-wells for people in need of them, Jazakumullah Khair to everyone who donated. We are truly grateful. This year, we intend to go all out and extend gracefully as much as we can and we hope that you will continue to support us as always..
I wrote 2 e-books last year which did absolutely well sale-wise, All I have to say to you about this is: Do it Afraid! and Don’t always wait till you are perfect at something to put yourself out there. You will only end up never doing it. Jazakumullah Khair to everyone who purchased the books and sent in reviews, I don’t take any of this for granted.
My daughter turned one, I got several certificates, became the project manager at my place of work, got invited for several talks, etc.. Like I said earlier, even with the pandemic, both 2020 and 2021 were great years for me, Alhamdulillah and I can only hope and pray for a bigger and better version of me in 2022.
I believe we will be a lot active this year, It’s been one year of motherhood and I think I am beginning to get a hang of what it is about, so yes! I am hoping for a more productive year. #nopressure. STAY GLUED TO OUR PAGE on all our social media platforms.
